Here at Growing Eden we use the most premium UK nurseries to grow your plants. We do this to ensure quality and to reduce our carbon footprint.
How do I know if a plant is suitable for my house?
All of our product pages provide detailed in-depth information on whether a plant will be suitable for your house, based on humidity, child and pet-friendly, lighting and care requirements. This ensures that you are able to get a plant that is suitable for your space.
Delivery
When will my plants be delivered?
We offer Free Next Day Delivery with DPD. We use DPD as our courier as they are the most reliable courier in the UK. When you place an order you will receive a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
Returning and exchanging plants
If you want to exchange or return your plant, then you can email us and we will arrange a convenient free return for your plant on a day that you choose. Your funds will then be returned to you within 24 hours from us receiving your plant.
