Air purification
To make the most of her air purifying powers, you need to regularly wipe her leaves down with a damp cloth.

Humid environment
This plant enjoys a modest humidity, she can thrive in normal room humidity. She will occasionally need her leaves misting to keep her in prime condition. The Areca Palm will also act as a humidifier, producing a litre of water per hour. This is perfect if you suffer from allergies or asthma.

Light requirements
The Giant Taro prefers indirect sunlight
