About the Lipstick Palm

The lipstick palm will inject a serious piece of tropical glamour in your house. Whilst she is relatively high maintenance, if you manage to keep her happy she will become the jewel in your plant collections crown.

This tropical plant hails from Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo in Indonesia. Everyone wants a piece of this exotic beauty, meaning that she has been shipped all over the world!

    This plant enjoys a high level of humidity. She will regularly need her leaves misting to keep her in prime condition.

    Light requirements
    The Parlour Palm thrives in bright indirect light.

    Watering requirements:
    This plant requires regular watering - she is used to tropical coastal and swampy climates, so will need lots of watering and leaf misting!

    Maximum plant height
    The Lipstick Palm will grow up to 8-9m in height. She will grow to fit her space – but will be particularly happy living in a house with higher ceilings.
