About the Snake Plant

This plant is not only unbelievably beautiful, but she's also unbelievably hardy. This plant doesn't care if you go on holiday for a month - she will be fine. She is the ultimate low maintenance plant - a must... a must for anyone with a busy social life!

The Dracaena Trifasciata comes from tropical African climates. It has been bred to withstand serious droughts, and this is what makes it so popular as a houseplant.

    Air purification
    To make the most of her air purifying powers, you need to regularly wipe her leaves down with a damp cloth.

    Light requirements
    The Snake Plant prefers indirect sunlight, but can thrive in most light conditions.

    Watering requirements:
    This plant requires very little watering. If you water, her too much she is susceptible to rotting. She can go months without water!

    Maximum plant height
    In optimum conditions, the Snake Plant will grow to a maximum of 6 feet.
